The Trust Careers Advisor, Mrs Finlason, has been in today (Thursday 27 Feb) to meet with Year 10 students for their careers interviews. Mrs. Finlason speaks with students about their possible career aspirations and the steps students will need to take in order to achieve those aspirations. Action plans are drawn up and shared with families so that everyone can track the progress and be reminded of the pathways that the students have chosen. These steps can include college courses or apprenticeships which students will then need to apply for during Year 11. Mr Versace and Mrs Finlason will monitor these action plans over the coming year and support students, along with their tutors, to get the best possible outcomes for their next steps after Hamilton.
